Our focus is on claims management services where we are able to provide the accessibility, service and reporting levels of an in-house claims department with the technical expertise and flexible cost structure usually only associated with external consultants.

In addition we provide consultancy and audit services to a range of insurer clients where our practical hands on knowledge of the insurance industry enables us to advise on claims exposures, procedures and loss mitigation.

We have an in house team in which a solicitor will manage any personal injury claim subject to the Personal Injury Proceedings Act in Queensland. We provide all the services expected of a law firm but under a lower overhead structure facilitating our client's cost effective management of this exposure.
