Bespoke IT systemWe appreciate that clients entering into a delegated arrangement have less involvement in direct claims handling and will therefore expect detailed statistical information about the progress of their account. In recognition of this we have developed a versatile, bespoke computer system that records, in detail, all relevant information regarding the current status and history of a given claim. This data is provided to clients in a comprehensive monthly bordereau which is emailed in Microsoft Excel format and according to the specific requirements of each client.
