September 2005 DCS announce the incorporation of DCS Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, based in Sydney Australia, to replicate the insurance services DCS provide to the London Insurance market in Australasia. January 2005 From January 2005, the Financial Services Authority will regulate the insurance industry for the sale of general insurance. At this stage Professional Liability insurance does not come within the scope of the proposed regulation, but the FSA’s remit may broaden at a later stage. With this in mind, DCS have adapted their written Agreements and internal procedures to ensure their clients are not in breach of the responsibilities imposed on them by regulation.
