In addition, our clients are able to obtain current claims reports at the press of a button. DCS Asia Pacific can arrange for and manage a secure client trust account to be set up in the local currency facilitating a monthly or quarterly transfer, therefore simplifying any market collection process and minimising bank and transfer charges. The diversity of our client base gives us greater information regarding any claim trends that may develop, enabling us to provide underwriters with market intelligence highlighting any areas of concern within a specific class or profession without divulging any specific client sensitive information. We consider that it is an essential part of DCS Asia Pacific’s role to act as a reliable source of local market and legislative information to any underwriter based in London. In addition we recognise the importance of the London broker and our claims system allows nominated brokers access to view limited data regarding their client’s claims. Access is limited to ensure utmost confidentiality is maintained. Correspondence can be directed via, or copied into the broker according to the preferences of the client and broker.
