As a commercial claims management service DCS Asia Pacific are acutely aware of the time and costs incurred in litigation – whether insured or otherwise.

Some of these costs are readily identifiable as billed legal expenses, counsel and court fees, however, these are only a proportion of the true cost to a business of being involved in prolonged litigation.  Management time is expensive and most businesses are better served ensuring that specialist managers devote their time to their own niche industry rather than having to deal with the day to day rigmarole and administration required in today’s litigation.
