Pre-Renewal Assessments

DCS Asia Pacific assist London market insurers and brokers alike by providing specialist renewal assessments of large and problematic policyholders located in the Australian and Asia Pacific region. Each assessment focuses on the claims experience, enabling the insurer to more accurately consider the impending renewal.

We appreciate that insurers do not always have as much time available as they would like when considering a renewal, even in cases where the risk is likely to pay a substantial premium.  We are also acutely aware of the cost and time implications to insurers of having to carry out such assessments in countries such vast distances from London.

In order to assist insurers in this regard, DCS Asia Pacific undertake reviews of specific risks in the Australian and Asia Pacific region, which involves spending time with the insured at their offices to discuss in detail material issues such as internal procedures, claims tracking and their claims experience.  We then provide insurers with a comprehensive report, which in addition to commenting on the risk generally, will highlight and identify areas of concern and/or merit.

DCS Asia Pacific can also assist by working along side specialised risk management and cost reduction experts to minimise future exposure to both the insured and insurer.
