• Managed claims from Specialty Risks sectors including Product Recall/Liability and Contingency Insurance covers.
• Experienced in the assessment of both liability and quantum issues and gauging damages for reserving claim and costs estimates.
• Worked in Claims Management roles in various insurance markets, including London and Lloyd's Markets, US, Australia and New Zealand.
• Involved in Major Litigation (in the UK and US) on behalf of a major corporate bank against a number of international insurers in respect of film finance Contingency Insurance, which resulted in a settlement in excess of US$1.5 billion.
• Experienced member of auditing team, specialising in Coverholder Reviews and Claims Reviews of TPA's, both in the US and UK.
• Involved in Fraud Investigations involving US Coverholders, working in conjunction with State Police (US) and Serious Fraud Squad (UK).
• Front line exposure providing loss adjusting services on Product recall and liability claims.
